We can’t wait to see you soon for the Holly Jolly 5K! To help make packet pick up as efficient and safe as possible please read the following information.
All participants will receive a participant t-shirt and packet that includes a medal, reindeer antlers, and jingle bells! However, your participant t-shirt and tech shirt (additional purchase) will be ready depending on when you registered.
If you registered on or before November 5th you are set to go to either Packet Pickup #1, #2 or #3 because your participant t-shirt and tech shirt are ready!
If you registered before 12pm on Wednesday, December 2nd, your packet, participant t-shirt, and tech shirt will be ready at Packet Pickup #3!
If you registered after 12pm on Wednesday, December 2nd, your participant t-shirt and tech shirt won’t be ready until after December 6th (pickup date announced soon), but you can pick up your goodie bag that includes your holiday medal, reindeer ears, and jingle bells at Packet Pickup #1, #2 or #3.

Packet Pickup #2, Friday, November 20th from 4:30pm-6:30pm
NEW! Packet Pickup #3, Sunday, December 6th from 12:30pm-2:30pm
With everyone’s safety in mind packet pickup will be drive-thru style located at ABC House, 228 SW 5th Ave, Albany OR 97321.
Enter off of 5th Ave to the one-way covered parking area (see map).
Stay in your car while a volunteer greets you, takes your name, and gets you your items.
Even though you are staying in your car we ask that you wear a face mask to keep our volunteers safe!
Purchase additional 50/50 raffle tickets on-site!
