You don't have to be registered for the Holly Jolly 5K to participate. 

***Bidding will begin Saturday, November 20th at 8:00 am and end on Sunday, December 5th at 6:00 pm. Don't forget to check back on Sunday, December 5th at 8:00 am when all of the wine and spirit packages will be open for bidding!



The Holly Jolly 5K and Online Auction is one of ABC House's annual fundraising events! You don't have to be registered for the Holly Jolly 5K to participate in the online auction!

ABC House is, and always will be, dedicated to working with children, youth, and their families to overcome the crisis of abuse and neglect in Linn and Benton counties. ABC House fills a necessary gap by providing child abuse assessments and trauma counseling to ensure children impacted by abuse receive the services needed to heal and live a healthy, happy, productive life.



1.     By bidding in ABC House’s online auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules. 

2.     All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are “as is.” ABC House has attempted to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. 

3.     The auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised. The amount you pay above the fair market value estimate is normally tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax advisor to clarify the amount of deduction. 

4.     Payments for items purchased must be made in full on the date of the auction. 

5.     Pick up of your purchases should be arranged via email correspondence within 24 hours of auction end. Send requests to hollyjolly@abchouse.org to schedule pick up at ABC House, 228 SW 5th Ave, Albany, OR during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm.

6.     You must be 21 years of age to bid on alcohol items (available Sunday, December 5th). 

7.     Any item left unclaimed, without prior arrangements, will be sold and proceeds will go to ABC House. 

8.     ABC House reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction. 

9.     Unless otherwise specified, all auction gift certificates must be used within one year of the date of the auction. 

10.  Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless any liability arising directly or indirectly from these items and the following entities: ABC House and Holly Jolly 5K, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auction company and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
